72 Hour Exchange Policy Terms
If, for any reason, you decide you don't like the vehicle you purchased from Curry Honda within the first 72 hours of ownership or 300 miles from the mileage on the odometer when you took delivery, you may exchange the vehicle for one of equal or greater value.
The ONLY restrictions and/or conditions are:
1. The vehicle you wish to exchange can have no more than 300 additional miles on the odometer from the time you took delivery. Example: If you took delivery of a vehicle that had 10 miles on the odometer at time of delivery, you could exchange the vehicle as long as it had no more than 310 total miles on the odometer.
2. The exchange will be treated as a new transaction.
3. You must return the vehicle within 72 hours of the time you took delivery.
4. You must qualify for the financing necessary to purchase the replacement vehicle.
