Everyone I dealt with in the Service Department was courteous and helpful. It only took one day for the Service Deptartment to replace the whole A/C system in the vehicle. There were two minor instances that had to be corrected afterwards - the positive terminal on the battery was not tightened all the way and loosend itself form the battery post causing the vehicle to loose all power and shut down - the passenger side headlight connecter was not installed properly, causing the headlight to go out. Both issues were easily fixed.
